Not a certificate of insurance

INTERNAL WORKSHEET — NOT A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE. The COI request log records that someone asked for a certificate and whether the desk handled the request. It is not a certificate, not evidence of insurance, not a binder, and not for sending to a certificate holder, lender, landlord, or additional insured. Coverage language belongs in the AMS and on the form your agency actually issues.

Does not replace your AMS

Sidecar Desk does not replace Applied Epic, HawkSoft, EZLynx, AgencyBloc, or any other agency management system. Policy data, documents, and the official file stay in the AMS. These sheets sit beside that file.

Not insurance advice

Nothing on dossieros.com or in the kit is insurance advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to bind, quote, or decline coverage. You remain responsible for licensed work in your jurisdiction.

Who it is for

The kit is sold for already-licensed independent agencies. If you are not licensed to transact insurance, do not use this product to hold yourself out as an agency or to track certificates for third parties.

No partnership implied

Names of agency management systems appear only so you know this kit does not replace them. Mention is not a partnership, endorsement, or integration.
