    Open the canonical workbook or start from the blank copy. Read the one-page SOP. The huddle deck is for the table, not the file.

  3. Paste from the system of record

    Renewals, requestors, chase items — export or copy from Applied Epic, HawkSoft, EZLynx, or AgencyBloc. Do not type a second policy admin.

  4. Run the desk. Issue certs from the AMS.

    The COI request log tracks who asked. The certificate, if you issue one, still comes from the AMS and the form your agency actually uses. Never from this workbook.
