What it is

The file lives in Applied Epic, HawkSoft, EZLynx, or AgencyBloc. The work does not. Sidecar Desk sits beside the AMS: five worksheets, a one-page SOP, a huddle deck. Paste the CSV. Track the chase. Do not pretend a worksheet is a certificate.

It does not replace your AMS. It does not issue insurance. It is for already-licensed independent agencies that want the desk work in one workbook.
